The man police say killed a mother of two in Fayette County will plead guilty to that crime.
Tommy Teets will plead guilty in connection with the death of Leah Owens and receive his sentence Thursday at 9:15 a.m., sources tell Channel 11. The guilty plea will keep him off Death Row.

Owens was reported missing on Sept. 20. Teets was arrested about five weeks later after DNA evidence linked him to Owens, and he was charged with criminal homicide, robbery and related crimes.
It was not immediately clear to which crimes Teets would plead guilty.
A news conference is planned for after his sentencing.
