VANDERGRIFT, Pa. — UPDATE 1 p.m.
Channel 11 has learned the names of a couple that was involved in a domestic dispute in Vandergrift on Wednesday night.
According to our news partners at the Pittsburgh Tribune Review, Chloe Kruse, 28, is in critical condition, as is her boyfriend, Ronald Prettyman, 32.
The couple was separated, but he frequently visited to see their three children, according to the Trib.

A man and a woman were shot Wednesday night in Westmoreland County while children were inside the home.
Police would not say who shot whom, but a 28-year-old female and a 32-year-old male were transported by ambulance from Grant Avenue in Vandergrift.
There were three children in the home at the time of the shooting.They are now staying next door with their grandmother.
Neighbors told Channel 11 police swarmed Grant Avenue in Vandergrift within minutes of the shots being fired.

"I was inside watching TV and heard gunshots, came out to patio, asked neighbors if they heard gunshots, and right after we saw the cops come flying up," said a neighbor who did not want to be identified.
Neighbors say the couple has only lived in Vandergrift for a year or two and are always fighting.
Police are not talking about the circumstances that led to the shooting.
Several neighbors said they heard the shots, and it's pretty concerning in this neighborhood.
“Not here; I brought my children here because it's tightknit,” said neighbor Heather Miller. “It's supposed to be safe; this doesn't happen here.”
The man and woman were taken to the hospital, but police haven't released any other details.
