INDIANA, Pa. — Pennsylvania State Police have ruled the death of a Philadelphia man as a homicide, after his body was found along side an Indiana County road.
Police said the body of Dashawn C. Green-Brewster, 27, was found by a PennDOT employee in a grassy area in the 2000 block of Mulligan Hill Road on Jan. 21, while the employee was on duty inspecting a nearby drain.
Troopers responded and pronounced Green-Brewster dead at the scene.
Police said they discovered that Green-Brewster was reported missing to the Johnstown Police Department on Jan. 19.
