Channel 11 went through the care home's inspection reports from 2017 and 2018, in which inspectors say they found mouse droppings, bedbug casings and some residents who weren't properly id cleaned or cared for.
According to state paperwork, the owner was in the process of selling the personal care home over the last year, but the Department of Human Services ultimately decided that the safety and health of the residents was at risk and terminated the home's license.
It's unclear if the sale of the property was allowed to go through.
