PITTSBURGH — A minivan crashed off a road, taking a nosedive over a wall and into a cemetery in Pittsburgh’s Carrick neighborhood early Friday morning.
The van smashed through a fence along Brownsville Road before crashing down into South Side Cemetery shortly after 3 a.m.

The front of the van landed in the grass, but the back of it stuck up into the air, caught up on the wall and the mangled fence.
It appeared that the van also took out a tree, which police officers were seen dragging away from the vehicle.
Officials have not said if anyone was hurt, but an ambulance was seen pulling away from the cemetery with its lights on.
It’s unclear if any gravestones were damaged.
