ROSS TOWNSHIP, Pa. — 5:15 P.M. UPDATE THURSDAY: Miller's body was laying in Metz's living room for three days, according to a criminal complaint.

When officers entered the apartment, "an obvious deceased female body was observed lying on the living room floor with blood on her face."

Metz was also found sitting in a bathtub filled with water, holding a large kitchen knife. He was taken to a hospital and treated for self-inflicted wounds, before police brought him to the department for questioning.

According to police, Metz even told them he tried to cover up the crime by driving Miller's car to Rivers Casino so it couldn't be traced to him. He's also accused of throwing her phone into North Park Lake.

Surveillance video from the casino shows Metz returned one more time.

He told police it was to back Miller's car into another spot in an attempt to hide her license plate.
