Stimulus checks have started to be deposited into people’s accounts, but some are reporting they can’t access their mobile banking.
The issues have reportedly been with several different banks.
Citizens bank tweeted out, “Some customers are experiencing delays with mobile banking. Our technical teams are working to improve performance. Please note, online banking is available. We know many of you are checking to see if stimulus checks have posted and apologize for the inconvenience.”
TD Bank has also been replying to customers on Twitter, saying, “Hi there - We’re seeing higher than normal volumes on our Online Banking and app which is causing tech issues. We understand that this can be frustrating, and greatly appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.”
Issues have also been reported with PNC’s mobile banking.
