K9 OFFICER KAZAN: Monaca Police Department mourning loss of K9 Officer Kazan

MONACA, Pa. — The Monaca Police Department is mourning the loss of a K9 officer.

Officer Kazan worked with Sgt. Greg Nicol and served the borough for eight years.

He was trained for patrol and drug detection.

A final farewell was held Tuesday morning.
