MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. — The Dependable Drive-In will remain in business during the three weeks of restrictions recently announced by Gov. Tom Wolf and the Pennsylvania health secretary.
The new state guidelines, which took effect last Saturday, include a limit on outdoor gatherings.
In a Facebook post, the owners of the Moon Township drive-in said they decided to formulate a new set of rules that enables them to operate within the guidelines rather than close down.
Customers are required to make online reservations before arriving for their movie. This will allow the drive-in, which first opened in 1950, to limit the number of guests admitted to the movie.
Also, the Dependable will only be showing single features.
