PITTSBURGH — A Morningside mother contacted Channel 11 for help after what she calls a repeat problem with her children's school bus.
She claims her kids are routinely home nearly two hours after they should be.
She told Channel 11 her two daughters go to Young Scholars of Western Pa. Charter School in Baldwin, which dismisses around 3:30 p.m.
