Brittany Conway, 25, has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child and reckless endangerment.

Police officers could hear commotion inside the bathroom as paramedics was treating Conway, and then heard a baby crying.

"Bending over, inadvertently put my head next to a trash can and that was when we heard the muffled cries," said paramedic Terry Foster Jr.
Foster said he heard a soft whimper coming from the trash can. He dug through paper towels, and found a full-term baby wrapped in a plastic bag; its umbilical cord and placenta were still attached.
Conway allegedly admitted to Foster on the ride to the hospital, that she gave birth to the baby in the toilet and grabbed a plastic bag from the trash, wrapped the baby in it, and placed it in the garbage can.
She's being charged for never seeking or providing medical care for her baby.
