Channel 11 spoke to the mother of a woman killed for her tax refund.
Keiauna Davis, 27, was shot and killed Thursday afternoon in Wilkinsburg.
"He didn't care whether she died or not,” Sheila Detwiler said.

Detwiler said she still can't believe her daughter was killed for $3,000, a tax refund that she allegedly told a coworker about.
"I think she was having a conversation thinking nothing of it, like who thinks that this person you're talking to is going to set you up to be robbed, that's evil,” said Detwiler.

Police say coworker Laya Whitley conspired with Dane Taylor to rob Davis as she walked home from the Wilkinsburg Dollar General on Thursday at 3 p.m.
"They knew exactly when she left, they knew exactly where she was walking and that she'd be alone and they knew she had the money it was just too perfect,” Detwiler said.
Investigators also arrested Kaijin Scott who drove the alleged shooter, Taylor, to and from the crime scene.
Scott's defense attorney said Scott didn't know it was a robbery.
Police say, afterwards, the three suspects split the money between them.
Detwiler said her daughter worked two jobs and had two little girls at home.
She said the suspects have no idea how many lives they've destroyed.
"Your lives are over, I'm going to make sure you never see the outside of a jail cell ever again,” said Detwiler.
