WESTMORELAND CO., Pa. — Pennsylvania State Police are searching for a man who is accused of undressing and led troopers on a car chase before running away in Westmoreland County.
According to investigators, the incident happened around 5 p.m. Wednesday when troopers were called to Andrew Lane in Unity Township for a “suspicious person believed to be removing clothes” inside his vehicle.

Police said the suspect -- John Mekic, 34 -- then led troopers on a car chase through the county before getting out of his vehicle completely naked.
Mekic ran from the troopers and has not been found. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
