CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A survey out of the National Weather Service Pittsburgh office confirmed an EF0 tornado in Cranberry, around the Butler and Allegheny counties border.
Strong storms brought heavy rain to western Pennsylvania on Monday and led to thunderstorm, tornado and flood warnings. Thousands of people lost power, and outages continued Tuesday.

A survey out of the NWS Pittsburgh office confirmed a EF0 tornado in the Cranberry/Seven Fields area along the Butler and Allegheny counties border. 70 mph wind estimated in the tornado near Mt. Pleasant and Dean Roads. More information later...
