Guerra and Warnock were arrested last April in the Miracle Mile Shopping Center after police saw him taking photos of her wearing only thigh-high black stockings and high-heeled shoes in the parking lot.
Police said Guerra answered Warnock’s Craigslist ad for a nude model.
