PITTSBURGH — A parking garage in downtown Pittsburgh will be turned into a flea market on Saturdays in April.
People will find what’s for sale at the Car Bazaar in the trunks of cars.
Vendors will set up inside the Sixth and Penn Parking Garage starting on April 3 and every Saturday in April from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event is free, and discounted parking will be available.
Channing Powell, owner of Channing Lane Vintage, is registered to be part of the flea market.
“It’s just a fun space for people to come and shop to find some groovy, one of a kind pieces,” Powell said. “I think it’s really cool. So, I’ll probably have some really cool accessories in the trunk, and then I’ll have another parking spot that they give you where I’ll set up all the racks of clothing and things like that.”
The Car Bazaar is being hosted by the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership.
