Person flown to hospital after shooting at home in Washington County

McDONALD, Pa. — One person was flown to a hospital after a shooting late Monday night in Washington County, officials said.

The shooting was reported about 11:15 p.m. at a home on East Lincoln Avenue in McDonald.

The victim was flown to a Pittsburgh hospital. Their condition has not been made available.

A short time after the shooting, there was a crash in North Fayette Township that authorities said might be related. A car went into the woods about 11:45 p.m. along Fannie Street Ext.

Police in North Fayette Township assisted in a search for a possible suspect.

No arrests have been made, officials said Tuesday morning.
