Person injured by flying glass after business shot up in East Liberty

PITTSBURGH — One person was cut by flying glass after police said a business in East Liberty was shot up.

The incident occurred in the 6000 block of Penn Avenue around 5 p.m. Friday, police said.

A man was treated at the scene for a cut caused by flying glass. There were no other injuries from people in the area or suspect descriptions, police said.

The investigation is ongoing.
