Pet-themed Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood virtual movie night coming to WQED

PITTSBURGH — More classic Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood programs will be shown during a third virtual family movie night on WQED-TV.

The special broadcast and livestream event on June 25 will feature three classic episodes of the beloved TV show. This time around, the episodes will all be pet-themed and originally aired in June 1982 under the title “Mister Rogers Talks About Pets.”

The virtual family movie night will start at 7:30 p.m. and will include viewer participation through social media.

In the Pittsburgh area, people will be able to watch on WQED-TV, but there will be a live stream on WQED’s Facebook page so people from anywhere in the world can see it, too.
