Piles of cash, cocaine and marijuana recovered in Carnegie drug bust

PITTSBURGH — Agents from the Pennsylvania attorney general’s office served three search warrants and arrested two people in Carnegie Wednesday night.

According to a spokesperson for Attorney General Josh Shapiro’s office, the search warrants were carried out at the home and in the vehicle of Michael Schultz as well as in the vehicle of Justin Rumble.

“Last night, agents from our Bureau of Narcotics Investigation and Drug Control served three search warrants in Carnegie, PA. During the search, more than two kilos of cocaine, two automatic weapons and nearly $100,000 in cash were recovered. Getting illegal drugs off our streets and out of our communities has been a priority in my office since day one and our agents continue to remain on high alert,” said Attorney General Josh Shapiro.

In Michael Schultz’s residence agents located:

• Two kilos of cocaine
• 7 hand guns
• AR rifle
• AK pistol
• A significant amount of marijuana
• At least $30k

In Justin Rumble’s vehicle agents located:

• $60k
• 1/2 kilo of cocaine

Both men are being held in the Allegheny County Jail.

Their case will be prosecuted by the Allegheny County district attorney’s office.
