PITTSBURGH — It’s 2020, but Klavon’s Ice Cream Parlor in Pittsburgh’s Strip District is taking its prices back to the 1920s.

On Thursday and Friday (Jan. 2 and 3), ice cream cones will cost a penny, sundaes will sell for five cents and 10 cents will get you a banana split.

“We’re happy to celebrate the new decade with something as timeless as ice cream in a shop that has seen more than a century of changes,” Klavon’s posted on Facebook.
