Pittsburgh mayor announces death of older brother on social media

PITTSBURGH — Pittsburgh mayor Bill Peduto announced the death of his older brother, Guy A. Peduto III, on Twitter Saturday evening.

The mayor explained that he was the last surviving member of seven.

“A kind & caring man, I miss him,” he wrote on Twitter.

He explained that Guy and his wife Donna devoted their lives for the betterment of West Virginia.
