A witness helped identify Archer, according to court documents. The FBI also said they received multiple complaints from people who knew Archer and said she told people that she was inside the Capitol building. They also said Archer took to social media to say she was “IN that … a part of that,” while referring to the events at the U.S. Capitol, documents said.
Archer is charged with entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds, disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds, disorderly conduct in a Capitol building and parading, demonstrating or picketing in a Capitol building.
