SHADYSIDE, Pa. — A driver who police said caused a deadly crash that killed a local woman has been arrested.
Police arrested Daquan Thompson, 24, of Pittsburgh on Monday.
Investigators have charged Thompson with homicide by vehicle, homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence, aggravated assault by vehicle and other offenses for a crash that happened on Shady Avenue on Oct. 28 of 2017.

According to police, a gold Lexus was traveling southbound on Shady Avenue when a silver Chevrolet sedan lost control from the opposite lane and caused a collision.
Angelica Fields, 30, of Uniontown, was killed in the crash. She was a passenger in the Chevy.
