FREEDOM, Pa. — Police arrested a Beaver County man and charged him with raping a woman while she was unconscious.
Police say Zachary Dinell, 24, met up with the woman at a local golf course and eventually brought her back to his Freedom home. They had known of each other, but had never met.
Police paperwork states she woke up inside his house hours later and never consented to sex.
The victim told police the suspect texted her nude pictures and photos of herself.

According to the criminal complaint, Dinell also sent pictures of the woman to his ex and to several social media sites.
Dinell has no prior criminal record and lives just a few blocks away from the Freedom Police Department.
"We did an interview with him and he didn't seem like he thought he did anything wrong," said Freedom Police Department Chief Eugene St. Clair.
The victim told police it started raining so she jumped into his car.

She said he tried to give her a drink, she poured it out and she claims he talked her into going back to his house and, police say, encouraged her to drink.
She lost consciousness and when she woke up hours later, she told police she knew something was wrong when the suspect started texting her naked images of herself.
"We don't know just how many pictures," St. Clair said. "We do know he (sent) it out through Facebook messenger and social media."
Dinell is out of jail on $50,000 bond.
