CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. — Police are trying to figure out who shot and killed an aspiring model on her way to work and why.
Meanwhile, her family says they cannot imagine anyone who would want her dead.
Kelsey Quayle, 28, was driving to work last Monday morning when her white Mazda veered into oncoming traffic and slammed into two cars in Riverdale.
Paramedics at the scene discovered it was not a typical car accident.
Quayle had been shot in the neck before the crash.

"It's been really hard for us. You know, at first it was just a car accident and then it turned into a crime scene, basically,” sister Kaleigh Martin said.
Quayle’s family is confused about why their loved one was killed on her way to work.
“And you know, now we have all these unanswered questions about ‘Why?’ and ‘Who did it?’ and all these things. We haven't had much information,” Martin said.

Police tell Channel 2 Action News they have new surveillance video from a Quik Trip gas station near the scene of the crash on Upper Riverdale Road.
Cameras captured the moment Quayle's Mazda swerved into oncoming traffic.
They believe the video is the key to figuring out who is responsible for shooting Quayle.
Investigators said they want to speak to the driver of a white SUV and the driver of a gray car.
Quayle was an aspiring model who had recently moved to the area from Los Angeles.
Police said they believe the fatal shooting was random.
"It seems to us to be random at this time. We have not been advised in reference to anybody shooting in the area,” Clayton County Police Capt. Scott Stubbs said.
Relatives said they cannot imagine that anyone would want Quayle dead.
“She was positive about any situation, even though she's going through a whole lot, she made the best of everything. I mean, everybody loved her," Martin said.
Quayle's family made the decision to remove her from life support Wednesday.
Quayle's family says she was new to town and did not know many people and surely did not have any enemies.
