SEWARD, Pa. — A police incident Thursday in Seward prevented people from getting into the town, Channel 11's Melanie Marsalko reported.
Police said a task force was serving a warrant on a suspect who lives in Seward. The suspect was taken into custody.
People were not being allowed into Seward, with police blocking traffic at the intersection of Route 56 and Power Plant Road. People were, however, allowed to leave town.
“They have police cruisers and unmarked vehicles on every street, every corner,” witness Trista Kinsey Boring said.
