NEW CASTLE, Pa. — Police have several people of interest in an investigation into the shooting deaths of two teenagers in New Castle late Sunday night.
Police put up crime scene tape and scoured Franklin Avenue for evidence overnight.
Police say Cameron Martwinski and Justin Luca, both 19, died in the shooting. Chief Bobby Salem told only Channel 11 that people heard the gunfire, but so far no one has come forward to say they saw anything.
“We found both victims in an upstairs apartment,” he said.

Neighbors told Channel 11 they heard multiple gunshots, but no one would go on camera out of fear, saying the suspects are still out there.
Channel 11 has learned both victims were shot multiple times. Officials tell us they found no weapons at the scene, so they need people to come forward if they saw or know anything.
“We don’t know what the motive could be right now,” Salem said.
No one is in custody just yet. But police did get a search warrant to go through the home where the bodies were found.
