PENN HILLS, Pa. — A man was shot and killed Tuesday in Penn Hills.
It happened just after 10:30 a.m. on Mount Carmel Road.
First responders found a 24-year-old man shot several times, police said.

He was part of a landscaping crew that was working in the area, police said.
A witness told Channel 11 that a man had just finished cutting grass and got into a truck.

That’s when, according to the witness, another man ran up to the truck and opened fire.
Another car drove up, picked up the shooter and took off, the witness said.
The victim’s name hasn’t been released.
Police have the area blocked off while they investigate.
