Police investigating shooting at apartment complex near Slippery Rock University

SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. — State police are investigating a report of gunfire at an apartment complex near Slippery Rock University.

Troopers said multiple witnesses reported several shots were fired from Building 1 of the Grove Apartments. There were no injuries reported.

The apartment complex houses students just one mile from the university and features a controlled access gate, courtesy safety patrol and other amenities to appeal to students.
