Jason Bowker was supposed to turn himself in to police on Thursday, but when he never arrived an arrest warrant was issued.
Police say he hit house after house on Schiller Street in Baden over a span of eight months.
"He hit homes when people were there and when they weren’t ... broke in windows, broke down doors," Officer Derek Shipley said.
People who live in the area told Channel 11 there are a lot of retirees in the neighborhood.
Home security cameras captured the suspect as he hit several houses in one day. He was wearing a gray sweatshirt, which police say matches his Facebook profile picture.
In an earlier interview, Bowker admitted to everything from breaking in to stealing guns, police said.
"The motive is drugs He’ll do whatever it takes to get what he wants," Shipley said.
