PITTSBURGH — A Pittsburgh man is accused of secretly recording video of three sisters in his bathroom. One of them is a 15-year-old girl.
The victims had known Christopher Burns for a while.
"I didn't see this one coming," the father of the victims said. To protect his daughters' identity, Channel 11 is not using his name.
"I'm very angry children can be victimized in this way."

He said what happened to his daughters -- two of whom are in their early to mid-20s and the youngest, who is a teenager -- should not happen to anyone.
Burns is now in jail, charged with recording the teen and her sisters during their most private moments.
Police say it happened when the girls were briefly staying at Burns' house on Lincoln Place in April while repairs were made to fix a water problem at their own house.
"It was pretty well-hidden and it was one of those things where you had to actually look for it, which a lot of people don't do when they feel safe and secure in a home," the victims' father said.
Police told Channel 11 one of the women made the shocking discovery when she looked up and saw a hidden camera mounted on the bathroom ceiling, according to the criminal complaint.
According to the criminal complaint, when police were called in, they discovered "videos and pictures of his house guests; in some of the videos the 15-year-old is naked."
When confronted, police say Burns admitted to recording the victims and storing the video on his phone.
"They shouldn't be victims, and now they have to be victims for the rest of their lives," their father said.
Channel 11 looked into Burns' criminal history and he's never been arrested in Allegheny County before.
