JEANNETTE, Pa. — State police say they tried pulling a driver over for an expired registration in Westmoreland County on Friday, but the driver fled when they found out his license was suspended from a DUI.
Investigators say he tried to take off, but clipped another car on Agnew Road in Jeannette and crashed, then took off running.
