Miss Pat as she's known in her community is still in shock after finding out her friend Ernest Dixon was gunned down.
"He was always asking when I had groceries if I needed help. I clean the streets so he helps clean that too. He's just all in all a good guy," she said. "All this needs to stop. Give them a job, give them a summer job, something to keep them busy. Make a legal check instead of out here doing what you're doing."
Shooter's Bar, where the shooting happened, is located on Island Avenue in a stretch that is somewhat secluded in Stowe Township.
According to the criminal complaint, Stowe Township police know Harris well.
He plead guilty to felony intent to distribute in 2001 and was found guilty in 2008 of carrying a firearm without a license.
Based on Harris' criminal record, he is not allowed to carry a gun and wouldn't have been able to get a concealed carry permit.
The criminal complaint also details surveillance video of the shooting inside the bar that detectives obtained. They said police and a witness identified the shooter in the video as Harris.
According to the complaint, as Dixon puts a cigarette back into his mouth, "the shooter reaches across his body with his right hand into the left side of his waistband, pulls back a semi-automatic pistol from underneath his shirt."

Harris is described as 5 feet, 11 inches tall and heavyset.
