Protest task force looking to identify man suspected of throwing bricks at police

PITTSBURGH — Detectives with the Damage Assessment and Accountability Task Force are trying to identify a man they said threw bricks at police during a protest in East Liberty on June 1.

Police said the man was captured in photographs throwing the bricks in the area of Centre and Negley. He was wearing a camouflage baseball hat, a “Curators of Hip Hop” t-shirt and a Nike Air Max 95 shoes.
