- Rahmael Sal Holt was arrested about 5 a.m. Tuesday at a home on Ladora Way in Hazelwood after law enforcement agencies received a tip.
- Authorities told Channel 11's Rick Earle that Holt first showed up at a home in Duquesne on Saturday, the day after the shooting during a traffic stop.
- On Monday, Holt left the home in Duquesne and went to the home in Hazelwood where he was arrested Tuesday.
- Holt surrendered peacefully Tuesday morning after a SWAT team surrounded the home in Hazelwood.
- In addition to Holt, seven other people -- including Holt's mother -- were arrested on charges such as hindering apprehension.
- Holt was arraigned at Pittsburgh Municipal Court and a judge denied bond. After the arraignment, police escorted him out of the building in Shaw's handcuffs.
- From Pittsburgh Municipal Court, Holt was taken to the magistrate's office in New Kensington before being booked into the Westmoreland County Prison.
