Shots fired at local home while children inside, 2 people on porch

WILKINS TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Shots were fired at a home in Wilkins Township Wednesday night while two people were standing on the front porch and children were inside, police said.

It was about 10 p.m. when police were called to Greensburg Pike, where the people who were on the porch said they saw a dark-colored SUV pass by, then turn around and park at the curb. A man got out of the SUV, shouted something and began shooting, police were told.
