FAYETTE COUNTY, Pa. — At least one of Santa’s elves has been exceptionally busy this holiday season.
Ninety-four-year-old Ed Higinbotham made 300 wooden toys to be distributed to children this Christmas.
State police officers arrived to pick up and help pass out the toys.
