MONONGAHELA, Pa. — If you’re looking for something fun to do this week, check out the sunflower festival being held at a Washington County farm.
The festival is being held at Schwirian Farm across from William Penn Elementary School in Monongahela.
Guests can take pictures in the beautiful field of flowers; however, if you want them professionally done, your photographer must register first, or you can pick your own sunflowers for purchase.
Food trucks will also be there so guests can buy food and drinks.
The event is free and runs through July 25, and is open daily from 8 a.m. through 8 p.m.
For more information, check out the event Facebook page.
