PITTSBURGH — Superheroes dropped by UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh Tuesday morning to wash windows and surprise young patients.

Batman, Captain America, Spider-Man and Superman joined forces to bring smiles to the hospital’s young patients who were able to catch a glimpse of them.
The moonlighting superheroes rappelled down the building to clean the exterior windows.
