AMBRIDGE, Pa. — Several Ambridge police officers are testifying Wednesday against their suspended police chief Jim Mann.
The preliminary hearing lasted several hours.
Mann has been off the job since August after Pennsylvania State Police opened an investigation into alleged work place harassment and misuse of comp time.
