SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. — UPDATE, Feb. 20, 2020: All charges against Robert Willson have been dropped.
ORIGINAL: A Butler County teacher is accused of inappropriately touching four underage students.
Robert Willison, 51, of Slippery Rock, an eighth-grade math teacher at Slippery Rock Middle School, is accused of inappropriately touching four female students on four separate occasions during class in August and September, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

He had been suspended on two previous occasions, according to a criminal complaint. In 2012 and again in 2015, Willison was accused of inappropriately touching two different female teachers, as well as making inappropriate comments about female students.
The investigation began after a ChildLine complaint was made.

One of the victims, a 13-year-old girl, told police she asked Willison to help her with her homework, when he allegedly began to touch her in a sexual way.
Willison has been charged with institutional sexual abuse and corruption of minors.

He also faces charges of indecent assault, harassment and endangering the welfare of a child, according to a police report. Willison has not yet been arrested.
Slippery Rock Area School District has suspended Willison, police said. The superintendent told Channel 11 the decision was made as soon as the allegations were known.
