PITTSBURGH — “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, one of the biggest WWE stars of the past three decades, is coming to Pittsburgh.
Austin announced on Twitter that he would be live for the March 16 episode of “Monday Night Raw,” which is set to take place at PPG Paints Arena.
The arena also confirmed the WWE Hall of Famer’s appearance.
According to Channel 11 News’ exchange partners at TribLIVE, this will be Austin’s first time in Pittsburgh in 17 years.
March 16 holds significance to Austin’s wrestling persona as “Austin 3:16” was a catchphrase that became part of his character and is one of WWE’s most iconic T-shirts.
