The Home Depot hiring 700 associates in Pittsburgh area

PITTSBURGH — The Home Depot is hiring 700 associates to fill positions at stores in the Pittsburgh area, the home improvement retailer announced Wednesday.

The associates are being hired in preparation for spring, which is the company’s busiest selling period. Nationwide, 80,000 associates will be hired.

Employment opportunities include both permanent part-time and seasonal positions in the company’s stores and distribution facilities. Positions include sales, cashiers, operations and online order fulfillment.
