PITTSBURGH — A driver's misjudgment shut down a North Side road for several hours Saturday.
The top of a U-Haul truck split open when it got stuck on a train bridge over Merchant Street.
That's near the Clark building.
No one was hurt and it's unclear if they will be cited.
