Ulysses Coto told Channel 11 he had just dropped someone off and spotted the vehicle, which had front-end damage. He snapped a photo and then called police.
“It was just tucked away in the corner of the parking lot by some dumpsters under a tree, but it wasn’t covered over with a tarp. It was just sitting there like someone abandoned the car. Whoever did it just walked away,” Coto said.
