LATROBE, Pa. — According to Pennsylvania State Trooper Steve Limani, the man who was caught on camera stealing a state flag flying at half-mast for fallen troopers was found, and charges are pending.
The man was caught on camera at a Sheetz in Latrobe, stealing the Commonwealth flag.
The flag was being flown at half-mast for the two troopers killed in a crash in Philadelphia.
Police said the man did not enter the Sheetz or purchase gas, but focused on stealing the flag.
There is no word yet on his identity.
