PITTSBURGH — Water flowed out of a parking garage in downtown Pittsburgh early Wednesday morning.
The water was coming from a garage on Stanwix Street, next to The Venue Apartments.
Water could be seen coming down like a waterfall from an upper level of the garage before reaching ground level and flowing out onto the street.
Avis Car Rental, which is located on the ground level of the garage, was flooded.
It’s unclear if water service to the apartments or nearby businesses was impacted.
