WEST MIFFLIN, Pa. — After several days on the run, a wanted alligator is now in police custody.
“The West Mifflin Police Department successfully apprehended our neighborhood wandering reptile,” according to a post on the department’s Facebook page. “All digits and extremities intact.”
Police were looking for the critter after it was spotted in the area crossing New England Road several days prior. The alligator was estimated at about 3 feet long.
