WARREN, Ohio — What originally appeared to be a crime -- at least in the eyes of one Ohio parent -- apparently was just a case of youthful passion interrupted.
Police in Warren responded early Tuesday to a 911 report of two naked juveniles dashing through a neighborhood shortly before 6 a.m., WFMJ reported.

A woman called dispatchers to report that the girl and boy, whose ages were not revealed by police, were running in the neighborhood, the television station reported.
The woman told police the girl had run up to her in a frantic state and was being chased by a male, The Vindicator reported. Moments later, an officer said she saw the girl "sprinting up to my back door," the Youngstown newspaper reported.
According to a police report, the man chasing the girl was her 42-year-old father, the Vindicator reported.
The dad, who was not naked, told police he and his wife were awakened by noises coming from their daughter's bedroom, WFMJ reported. When they investigated, the parents told police, they found their daughter and a boy naked and in bed together. The boy jumped out the window and the girl did the same, the television station reported.
The boy was not found Tuesday, but the girl's father told police he knows his name and will pursue obtaining a restraining order, WFMJ reported. The boy also left his cellphone in the girl's room and it was turned over to police, the television station reported.
